The bed was so comfortable! I liked the fact that every room is a suite as well. There was an ice machine on every floor and a small kitchen with a dishwasher, two burner range, microwave, and a regular sized refrigerator. My room also had a dedicated work space with a built in outlet to charge your devices, a desk lamp, and a comfortable chair. The TV was nice and it swiveled so it could be viewed from the bed or in the common area(a mini-living room). In addition, there is a shuttle that transports you to and from the Mayo Clinic free of charge.

I am a patient at Mayo Clinic, so the location is perfect and the free shuttle service to Mayo is a wonderful amenity and gives me peace of mind. The hotel is also within walking distance of Mayo. Even if you're not a patient at Mayo, the Residence Inn is a great central location for whatever brings you to Jacksonville. The complimentary breakfast is great, with many healthy options. One of the best.
